    Hi Mike,
    As you suggested, Kelly put together my new computer for me. So it is up and running. Just to give you a heads up about what I would like you to do, the following in no particular order is a list of my concerns, needs, questions, etc.
    1. As I mentioned previously, my outlook (old contacts, old emails, etc. ) were not able to be accessed by me.
    2. I did get the email actively working on the old computer for new emails and the email for the new computer is working.
    3. My quicken from the old computer has not been transferred to the new computer.
    4. Go to my PC is not active on my new computer.
    5. Virus protection, spam??????? The computer is factory loaded with McAffe – Do I have to do anything? Norton was on my old computer.
    6. Adobe Acrobat. It keeps saying sorry I already have two computers with Adobe???????
    7. Google Desk Top????
    8. Where do I store pictures from emails?
    9. Where do I store emails – files, new documents? I have Paula K, My documents, shared documents, etc.
    10. How do I make an electronic signature.
    11. Networking – ease of accessing documents, etc. that others have done. Should Microsoft contacts be networked?????
    12. Of large importance – I do not have an external back up. Should I be backing up to discs, an external back up drive or on line????????? If you think I should have an external back up, please bring one set it up and show me how it works.

    Thanks for the help with our PC tonight. The test you set up to run error out an awful lot.
    How soon can you get your hands on a 100-120 GB hard drive and transfer everything over for us?
    Any shot you can do it on Monday?
    I think it would be best for us to set up a time when I am home, so that I can help answer any questions about items to bring over.
